1. Replacement Parts
We provide free service for replacement parts within 3 months after purchase. For such problems, you can contact service@onebrixx.com.
In order to avoid misunderstanding and ineffective communication, we need your photos and kind help. You can find the detail regulation missing parts.
2. Order Cancellation
For the order, if not shipped yet, please contact our service support team service@onebrixx.com, we will cancel your order and give you full refund.
3. Delivery and Return

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in China, the shipping time is 8-14 days

1) All our items are shipped free of charge to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc. (More Included if it doesn't show shipping fee on the checkout page)
2. Orders from the following countries or regions should pay some shipping fee:
United States, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland. The charge as checkout page shows.
3. If you want to order from other countries or regions, please contact us first.

a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period.
b)- All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed and unworn. No exceptions.
c)- Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after you receive our cancellation confirmation.

The goods will be shipped to you within 2 business days after receipt of order at the latest. If the credit card authorization has not been completed correctly, the order will be cancelled.
