How do I get the parts I need?

Case A. Acrylic Display Case or Stand was broken

1) Please tell us which plate was broken, some photos will be helpful.

2) We will send you the broken parts soon, please keep the rest.



Case B. Some parts of the Building Set cannot be found

1) Circle the missing or defective parts on the manual and mark the quantity needed.

2) Take photos or print screen.

3) Send them to service@onebrixx.com.



Tips:
1.Free parts service only last 3 months since order.

2. Cheating behavior for free parts is NOT allowed.
