Delivery


You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order and another email after your order is shipped. The second one contains the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:


Total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place your order and when we ship it;

Shipping Time = the time between when we ship your order and when we deliver it to you;

Total delivery time is calculated from the time you place your order to the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is divided into processing time and shipping time.


1) Processing Time:
The time required to prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks and packing them for shipment.
Usually it takes 1-2 days.

2) Delivery Time:
The time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Standard shipping: 8-14 business days.



Shipping Cost


1) All our items are shipped free of charge to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc. (More Included if it doesn't show shipping fee on the checkout page)


2. Orders from the following countries or regions should pay some shipping fee:

United States, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland. The charge as checkout page shows.


3. If you want to order from other countries or regions, please contact us first.



Returns & Refunds


1. How do I cancel my order?
For the order if not shipped yet, please contact our service support team service@onebrixx.com, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

2. What if my address is wrong?
If the recipient's address was wrong, the package should be returned to the sender after the failed delivery. After we receive the package, we will contact you regarding an updated address and arrange to redeliver your package.

3) What items can be returned?
a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period.
b)- All returned items must be in original condition.

4.How can I return an item?
Contact OneBrixx Service Team service@onebrixx.com to confirm the details and make sure the item meets the return conditions. After agreement, the service team will send the detailed return information. Please offer a return number after the return.

5. What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after you receive our cancellation confirmation.

6. How do you refund me?
Refund will be applied to the original payment method.
